Counterparty
A Counterparty is a tag that can be assigned to a Security to indicate the identity of the issuer or guarantor of that Security.
A Counterparty is specified as a unique name. It can be used in Synthetic Portfolios for aggregating positions based on the counterparty of the position's
underlying security.
