Installation Troubleshooting

There are no known problems with the installation process described above. If you get error messages during the installation process, please record your actions and the messages you receive and then call RiskWin Installation Support with this information.

If you are unable to start RiskWin even after the installation process has completed without errors, please ensure that you have correctly attached the Hardlock device to the parallel port of your computer and have installed the appropriate Hardlock drivers, as described above.

If you are still unable to start RiskWin, please record your actions and any messages you receive and then call RiskWin Installation Support with this information.
