Resync Database Names

The database keeps a record of all text names that are associated with selected components in the RiskWin framework. This function enables these lists to be refreshed by deleting all the lists and then recreating them.

This should only be done in extreme cases if there is a real problem detected which can be related to names of components.

This can be a time-consuming procedure for large databases. It is highly recommended that a backup copy of the database be made before proceeding with this operation.

[To date there has been no need for use of this function since all database operations are transactions based. This function is provided only as a precautionary measure.]
