Update DB Version

This function is provided in order to facilitate the upgrade of an existing database when a new version of RiskWin is released.

Since the data dictionary and database layout can change from release to release, this function is necessary to ensure that client databases created with previous versions of RiskWin can be migrated to the latest version.

Software upgrades will come with specific instructions on how to upgrade older versions of client databases. Copy the new files into the appropriate directories and then proceed with this operation.

As always, it is recommended that a backup copy of the current database be made, before proceeding with this operation.
